A mini addition

At the last update I wanted to be able to record users height, Weight and BMI information with the intention of being able to dynamically update a graph of a users weight loss and produce this as they ordered their products. It's a big step to be able to do this, and today I have extended this one step further to be able to also record the clients measurements into their order history. Bit by bit this dynamic graph facility will become a reality :-) This mini addition will be availble from now on for anyone wanting to update to have this facility or for new customers. If you are not fussed to have this now, it will be standard in the next major version. remember that updating required data to be transferred...
